Delivery

At SMB Lenoir, we uphold rigorous standards in our delivery procedures, refusing to compromise on excellence. We're always making things better to make sure our customers are happy. We take pride in being acknowledged as industry leaders. We utilize top-of-the-line equipment for cutting-edge delivery services. Our delivery team will reach out to customers directly to arrange shed delivery. To ensure a smooth and efficient process, customers can assist by preparing the site properly. Please refer to the checklist provided below to get ready for your shed delivery.

Free Delivery and Set Up Within 50 Miles

  • We offer free delivery and setup within 50 miles from our dealership. 
  • If your location is beyond 50 miles, there will be an extra charge per mile depending on the width of the building. The extra fee per mile is: $4.00 for 8', 10', and 12' widths, and $7.00 for 14' widths.
  • Our free setup involves leveling your building using concrete blocks provided by you or the driver, along with pressure-treated shims supplied by the driver.
  • Our drivers offer concrete blocks at $4.00 each and shims at a flat fee of $5.00, payable upon delivery. 
  • No site preparation is necessary if our truck or mule can access your property easily. However, if your site is more than 3 feet uneven, you'll need to prepare it beforehand.

Site Preparation

  • Our delivery trucks and trailers require ample space, so expect a vehicle of this size on your property. 
  • Prior to delivery, customers should clear the area of tree limbs, stumps, large rocks, or any other obstacles. 
  • Please inform the driver of any low wires, septic tanks, or other potential hazards on your property. 
  • Our personnel reserve the right to refuse delivery and setup at any site they deem unsafe or inaccessible. 
  • If your property is fenced, ensure there's an opening at least one foot wider than the building to allow for safe delivery. We don't assist with fence removal. 
  • The ideal spot for unloading and installing a building is level with either a gravel base or concrete pad. Why? This foundation minimizes settling. If such a foundation isn't available, we'll use concrete blocks.

The delivery driver will contact customers directly to schedule shed delivery. Customers can help to ensure a fast and thorough delivery with proper site preparation. Please use the preceding checklist to help prepare for your shed delivery.

Transport to Your Property

Our sheds arrive fully constructed when delivered to your property. Our skilled drivers expertly maneuver the truck and trailer to place your barn exactly where you want it. In challenging conditions or properties with limited access, our drivers rely on our specialized Mule Machine for assistance. Shed Shack and its agents are NOT responsible for permits, setbacks, restrictions, or covenants. PLEASE contact your local codes department or Homeowners Association. It is up to the customer to decide whether ground conditions are suitable for delivery. Shed Shack nor The Shed Company is NOT responsible for yard or driveway damage. Free delivery and setup include ONE TRIP, additional trips may incur CHARGES to the customer. Does not include ground anchors.
